Not yet! While we’re working on expanding our options, our products currently contain ingredients that may not be vegan or gluten-free.

How long do your products last?
Our oils typically last 12-18 months if stored in a cool, dark place. Once opened, we recommend consuming our products within 1 month to ensure the best flavour and freshness. Seasonings stay fresh for up to 2 years when sealed tightly. Always check the packaging for best-before dates!

Do you offer sample packs?
Yes! We have sample packs featuring 4 mini bottles of our infused oils—perfect for trying different flavours or gifting.

What’s the difference between your Chilli Oil and Hotter Chilli Oil?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We stand by our products! If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Returns are accepted on unopened products only.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, snap a photo and email us at info@krwashere.com. We’ll send you a replacement ASAP.
