L&C Coconut Cream Prawns š„„š¶ļøš¤
Juicy prawns cooked in Kaiās Chilli Oil, fresh lime, and creamy coconut, seasoned with Kaiās Peckish Chicken Booster and plenty of black pepper for a bold, flavourful dish!
Ingredients:
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Kaiās Chilli Oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Kaiās Peckish Chicken Booster
- Lots of black pepper (to taste)
Method:

Heat the Pan ā Add Kaiās Chilli Oil to a hot pan and let it warm up for a few seconds.

Cook the Prawns ā Toss in the prawns and cook for 1ā2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.

Add Lime & Seasoning ā Squeeze in fresh lime juice, then season with Kaiās Peckish Chicken Booster and a generous amount of black pepper.

Pour in Coconut Cream ā Reduce heat to low, pour in the coconut cream, and let simmer for 2ā3 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.

Finish & Serve ā Stir in fresh parsley, mix well, and serve hot.
š„ Tip: Serve over rice, noodles, or with crusty bread to soak up the creamy, spicy sauce!
