L&C Coconut Cream Prawns šŸ„„šŸŒ¶ļøšŸ¤

Juicy prawns cooked in Kai’s Chilli Oil, fresh lime, and creamy coconut, seasoned with Kai’s Peckish Chicken Booster and plenty of black pepper for a bold, flavourful dish!

Ingredients:

  • 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Kai’s Chilli Oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Kai’s Peckish Chicken Booster
  • Lots of black pepper (to taste)

Method:

  1. Heat the Pan – Add Kai’s Chilli Oil to a hot pan and let it warm up for a few seconds.

  2. Cook the Prawns – Toss in the prawns and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.

  3. Add Lime & Seasoning – Squeeze in fresh lime juice, then season with Kai’s Peckish Chicken Booster and a generous amount of black pepper.

  4. Pour in Coconut Cream – Reduce heat to low, pour in the coconut cream, and let simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened.

  5. Finish & Serve – Stir in fresh parsley, mix well, and serve hot.
